Gustavo Guanilo, founder of Neural Consulting Group
Senior engineer specialized in databases, cloud architecture, information security and artificial intelligence. He founded Neural Consulting Group in Lima to bring enterprise-grade engineering to companies in Peru and Latin America.
Gustavo Guanilo has dedicated his career to the systems that keep companies running: mission-critical databases, application servers, integrations and cloud platforms. His daily work is making those systems fast, secure and easy to maintain.
As an Oracle and PostgreSQL specialist he has led performance tuning, zero-data-loss migrations and high-availability setups. He has implemented Oracle Advanced Security with encryption of data in transit and at rest (TDE), along with data anonymization and obfuscation so that sensitive business information is only seen by those who should see it.
In 2024 he founded Neural Consulting Group to give companies a senior team that combines software development, cloud, data, integration and artificial intelligence, with clear assessments and measurable deliverables.
