Systems integration

Systems integration and API development

We connect your ERP, CRM, accounting systems, banking platforms and government services such as Peru's SUNAT and RENIEC, so information flows without manual data entry or duplicates.

When systems don't talk to each other, teams copy data from one screen to another, reports don't match and errors show up at month-end close. We design reliable integrations with APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures, with monitoring and error handling so no data gets lost along the way.

We have experience integrating Peru's SUNAT services —electronic payment receipts (CPE), electronic shipping guides (GRE) and SIRE records— and RENIEC identity services, even from legacy ERPs that were never designed for it. We use REST, SOAP, webhooks, Kafka and RabbitMQ depending on the volume and criticality of each flow.

What the service includes

ERP and CRM integration

Synchronization of customers, products, orders and invoicing across your business platforms.

SUNAT and RENIEC integrations

Issuing and querying CPE and GRE, SIRE records and identity validation from your own systems.

APIs and web services

Design, development and documentation of secure REST and SOAP APIs for partners and apps.

Messaging and events

Architectures with Kafka, RabbitMQ and webhooks for real-time, high-volume processes.

Banking integrations

Connections with banking platforms and automatic payment reconciliation.

Integration monitoring

Traceability of every message, automatic retries and failure alerts.

Benefits for your business

Consistent data

One version of the truth across departments and systems.

Regulatory compliance

SUNAT electronic obligations built into your daily operations.

Less manual work

Eliminate duplicate data entry and the errors that come with it.

Reliable integrations

Retries, monitoring and alerts so no data gets lost.

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate SUNAT electronic invoicing with our ERP?

Yes. We build integration layers that connect your ERP with SUNAT services for electronic payment receipts (CPE), electronic shipping guides (GRE) and SIRE records, even when the ERP is legacy and can't be deeply modified.

What's the difference between API-based and event-driven integration?

With an API integration, one system queries or sends data to another when it needs to. In an event-driven architecture, each system publishes what happens —for example, “order created”— and interested systems react asynchronously. Events scale better at high volumes and decouple systems; APIs are simpler for one-off queries.

Do we need to replace our legacy system to integrate it?

Not necessarily. Often we build an integration layer around the existing system that exposes its data through APIs and connects it to modern services, extending its useful life while a gradual modernization is planned.

What happens if an integration fails?

We design integrations with automatic retries, message queues, logging of every transaction and alerts, so failures are detected and fixed before they affect operations.

Which systems can you integrate with?

ERP, CRM, accounting systems, banking platforms, e-commerce, government services such as SUNAT and RENIEC, and any system that exposes APIs, databases or exchange files.
