Architecture assessment
Review of applications, integrations, infrastructure and security, with prioritized findings and recommendations.
We help you make better technology decisions: we assess your architecture, identify risks and technical debt, and design a realistic roadmap to modernize your systems.
Many companies invest in technology without a big picture: overlapping systems, vendors that are hard to coordinate and critical applications running on obsolete technology. Our consulting starts with an objective technical assessment of your systems, infrastructure, data and processes.
With that assessment we prioritize initiatives by business impact, risk and effort, and build a staged roadmap. We also support execution: legacy system modernization, middleware migrations such as WebLogic, JBoss or Tomcat, and vendor and technology selection.
Review of applications, integrations, infrastructure and security, with prioritized findings and recommendations.
Inventory of systems, dependencies and operational risks, and their business impact.
A staged plan of initiatives with priorities, estimates and dependencies.
Strategies to upgrade, redesign or replace critical systems without stopping operations.
Identification and remediation plan for the technical issues slowing your software down.
Support selecting vendors, reviewing proposals and overseeing technology projects.
Priorities based on impact, risk and cost, not intuition.
Early detection of single points of failure and obsolete technology.
Budget directed to the initiatives that create the most value.
Systems, data and infrastructure assessed as a whole, not in isolation.
We analyze your architecture, processes and business goals to identify risks and opportunities.
We design an architecture and technical roadmap aligned with your goals and budget.
We build the solution with engineering best practices and constant communication.
We validate quality, performance and security before a controlled production rollout.
We support operations with monitoring and evolutionary improvements to the solution.
Challenge: A legacy ERP had to meet SUNAT electronic obligations (SIRE, CPE and GRE) and validate identities with RENIEC, without rewriting the existing system.
Solution: Integration layer connecting the ERP with SUNAT services for electronic registers (SIRE), electronic payment vouchers (CPE) and electronic remittance guides (GRE), plus RENIEC queries for identity verification.
Challenge: Critical applications on WebLogic, JBoss, Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat faced version migration risk, downtime from insufficient maintenance and production performance degradation.
Solution: Controlled migration across versions and environments, preventive and corrective middleware maintenance, and JVM, pool, connector and Apache/Tomcat/WebLogic/JBoss configuration tuning to stabilize and optimize operations.
Challenge: The security platform relied on manual Azure deployments, with long lead times, weak traceability and a high risk of errors in infrastructure and application changes.
Solution: CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and infrastructure as code with Terraform on Azure to automate provisioning, deployments and environment promotions for the security platform.
We review your applications, integrations, databases, infrastructure and development and operations practices. We deliver a report with findings, risks, identified technical debt and recommendations prioritized by impact and effort.
It's the accumulated cost of past technical shortcuts: hard-to-maintain code, outdated dependencies or architectures that no longer scale. You pay for it with every change, through longer development time and more bugs, which is why it should be measured and reduced in a planned way.
It depends on the system's business value, code quality, maintenance cost and the risk of replacing it. Often the best option is gradual modernization: wrapping the system with APIs and replacing modules in stages, with less risk than a full migration.
An assessment with a roadmap usually takes a few weeks, depending on the size of the organization and the number of systems. Executing the roadmap is planned in stages over several months.
Yes. We can implement the roadmap initiatives —software, cloud, data, integration or AI— or support your internal team and other vendors as they execute them.
